Client Intake Portals
If you’ve scheduled a consultation, we’ll ask you to fill out an online estate planning or probate intake packet so that your attorney can thoughtfully review it ahead of time. The more detailed information you can give us, the better consultation you will have. Without specifics, our attorneys can only speak in generalities.
You’ll be able to work on your intake packet at your own pace, and login through this portal as often as you like. It will also allow you to upload existing estate planning documents or documents related to your probate.
Once you schedule a consultation with us, our client assistant will send you the link to this online portal. If you have yet to schedule a consultation, you are welcome to start here in advance!

Client Draft
Portals
Our team will share your drafted documents through a secure portal, “Clio for Clients.”
There is no need to create a portal in advance. The only way to initially access your portal is through the email invitation we will send.
The invitation expires within the hour it is sent; if you need us to open it up again, that’s no problem – just give us a call or text and we’ll be happy to do so.
You will need to login using your email address that we used to create the portal.
If you’ve been notified via SMS that your drafts were sent, and you’re having trouble finding them, check Spam and Junk folders. Finally, check behind any firewall that you may have set up – we’ve found that some programs will prevent you from seeing the invitation and/or folders in the portal.
